King's Town Ringers Meeting
Many thanks to everyone who attended the meeting on Tuesday 27th November. We had a good discussion and came to some decisions which should enable us to take the society forward.
Following the meeting it has been agreed that St Mary's and Holy Trinity will continue to ring as they have been doing. This includes Holy Trinity practising on a Monday (although this is alternate at the moment) and St Mary's on a Tuesday. Hopefully with greater cross-over between the bands. Both towers will continue to ring on Sunday morning for their respective services. There will also be two ringing masters, with Robin Alden at Holy Trinity and Chris Baxter at St Mary's. To aid in communication Howard Pickering has agreed to be a "go between" and ensure any relevant information is passed between the two towers - this includes special services, weddings, meetings, outings etc.
